The late balneary for German military officers, then quarters for the border guard and sanatorium, today it has changed into a luxury three-star hotel situated in the very centre of Kudowa Zdrój - a well-known health resort at the foot of the Table Mountains.

The neighbourhood of the picturesque Park Zdrojowy and the Pump Room (Pijalnia Wód Mineralnych) is another attraction. Also in the vicinity of the hotel there are lovely walking and cycling paths, as well as the famous ski slopes of Zieleniec. Those who are keen on swimming cannot miss the Aqua Park in Kudowa.
